Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Each PANGEA short is handmade with love and the utmost craftsmanship. We believe in the quality of our goods and want all our customers to adventure carefree!


Orders placed before 1pm (PST) will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, except on national U.S holidays (July 4th, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

PANGEA will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or if the item has a defect. If the item has a defect when you receive it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.


We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the U.S, arriving in 5-7 business days. 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air Shipping is also available at an additional cost to customer.


All international shipping costs, duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at time of purchase.

All international orders will be shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) to allow for a more streamlined delivery… directly to your door!

We offer shipping anywhere in the world with DHL International Express. For specific countries in the EU as well as Australia, we also offer a more economical 5-12 Business Day delivery service.


If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact customer service at to receive a return label and/or process an exchange.

For online purchases within the U.S, to process a return or an exchange, you just need to send back the short in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt.

PANGEA offers free return shipping on orders delivered within the US. A return shipping label will be supplied with each eligible order.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge with 5-7 Business Day Shipping.

All returned orders (excluding exchanges) will be subject to a flat $6.00 USD restocking fee. Each additional items (excluding the first) returned will be subject to an incremental $2.00 USD restocking fee. (Example: a returned order with 2 items would be subject to an $8.00 restocking fee).

Once delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 72 working hours for goods to then be processed. It can take up to 3-5 business days during our busy sales period.

**ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Sale items can be swapped out for a size in same print at cost of customer ($10.00).


For orders outside of the US, the cost of returning goods to PANGEA is the responsibility of the customer. Customers have the choice to ship back with a postal service of their choice OR have a DHL International Express label processed and provided by the PANGEA customer service team.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email to receive the address of the warehouse closest to your location.

  • Customers within the EU have the option to return packages to a warehouse in the Netherlands.
  • Customers outside of the EU will need to return their item to our warehouse in Los Angeles.

All exchanged goods are charged $12 to be shipped with 10-12 Business Day International Shipping. If 10-12 Business Day International Shipping is not available in that country, a $15 shipping fee will be accessed for 1-4 Business Day Shipping. Exchanges will be shipped out once a tracking number for the item being returned is provided.

If shipping with a local postal service:

  • Write down or print out original order number and name of purchaser.
  • Rebox the unworn short in it’s original bag and box with above information.
  • Take the box to your local post office. Please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’ as the tracking number will need to be provided to customer service team to process the return or exchange.

**Please note: all swimsuits returned with local post are the responsibility of customer.
