The Roosevelt offers a lot more flexibility in sizing and fit. Because of the very stretchy elastic waistband, it encompasses a two sizes into a single fit.
Because there is no stretch in the actual fabric, we recommend sizing up (especially if you have thicker legs).

The Clark is our most relaxed & longest fit, offering a half-elastic waistband, with elastic in the back for extra stretch. The front waistband is tailored like a regular pair of shorts with a button/zipper, resulting in a more polished and fitted look. The overall fit is more relaxed throughout the legs with a 7.5” inseam.
The Clark runs more relaxed than the Hemingway and Roosevelt. This is definitely the style for worldly gentleman with thicker legs or who need a little extra room.
